Processing & delivery times
I'm a one-woman business – I do everything myself: designing, crafting, packaging, answering emails... and occasionally feeding the cats. Many of my items are lovingly handcrafted, without any factory or magical helpers (unfortunately).
Therefore, it may sometimes take a while until your order is ready to ship. I always do my best to finish everything as quickly as possible—but quality, creativity, and a bit of glitter take time. Thank you for your patience and understanding! ♡
🛠️ General processing time
2–5 working days
Applies to items that are ready to ship. Business days are Monday to Saturday.
✨ Made to order
7–14 working days
Some products, such as earrings or charm pendants, are only manufactured after the order has been placed. Monday through Saturday are considered working days in these cases.
⏳ Pre-order
For pre-order items , delivery time is typically 4–6 weeks . These products are produced after the order is received and shipped to me from abroad. Upon arrival, I carefully check everything before shipping the orders to you.
Please note: Since I rely on international delivery, delays may occur in isolated cases. I'll keep you updated in such cases, of course! Follow me on Instagram to make sure you don't miss any updates!
📦 Shipping time
Delivery time depends on the destination country, but usually never takes longer than 14 working days.
Shipping takes between 2 and 10 business days. I ship almost daily, but at least once a week.
